Sabias que todos los niños tenemos derecho a ir a la escuela, a que nos curen cuando estamos malos, a jugar con nuestros amigos, a que nos escuchen cuando tenemos un problema o a que nos protejan cuando alguien nos quiere hacer daño?

¿Cómo lo sé? Porque la Convención de los Derechos del Niño lo dice.

Si cualquier persona vulnera alguno de tus derechos, ¡tienes que reclamarlo y exigir que se cumpla!
Debes pedir la ayuda de alguna persona en la que confíes y acudir a los jueces de tu país.

Pero si no lo consigues, ahora gracias al Tercer Protocolo de la Convención, puedes poner una queja ante el Comité de los Derechos del Niño para que te escuchen y vean cuál es tu situación.

¿Cómo? Es muy sencillo, solo tienes que escribir un email a esta dirección o una carta indicando tu nombre y que te ha pasado.

Si el Comité considera que el Gobierno de tu país no ha hecho el suficiente esfuerzo para que tus derechos sean respetados, le dirá qué deben hacer para mejorar tu situación.

Reclama tus derechos y recuerda que el Tercer Protocolo ha sido creado para ayudarte!
