Yeah, I don’t think I caught that the first time because I was so focused on the animation. This is interesting that it’s all online.. because such an emphasis is put on how important mattress selection is, but buying it online is kind of like playing darts with a blindfold on.
I have a feeling that 100 days is going to be pretty costly for them if people are constantly trying new mattresses. Do you happen to know if they keep the mattress until a new one is delivered? Otherwise I could see people not having a bed to sleep on for a while!
The idea is that they let you that they give you 100 days to try it.
Similar to the typical 30 day return policy many retailers have.Now I don’t know if they will refund you or they will make you exchange it for another mattress. I am sure it is all well explained on their site though.
