New Grumo: MimioMobile

These days, schools are using all kinds of mobile devices to enhance learning, but new devices mean getting up to speed with new apps and software and figuring out how to use them in the classroom which can get pretty complicated…

That’s why we created MimioMobile, an app designed for student collaboration and assessment on any device.

Once the software is active on the teacher’s computer, students can easily connect their devices. Teachers explain a subject, and students can practice by working directly on their devices.

Their work can be displayed at the front of the class as a group, or highlighted individually, giving students the opportunity to collaborate and learn from one another.

At any time, teachers can assess their students, receiving immediate feedback indicating what the class understands and what needs further attention.
