Nice and short. It’s really hard to stay under 1 minute. I also digged the drawing and animation style, including the perspectives and fluid character animation.

The near frame-by-frame animation must be very gratifying to create because of the look you don’t usually see in 2D (2.5D, if you will) keyframe animations, like the paper from the calculator or her golf swings and headturn near the end.

I myself am about to embark on a project where I intend to get head turns and such fluid. Gonna see if I can decide on which technique to use tomorrow. I’m gonna try and find out if the new vector capabilities in CS6’s After Effects offer any cool solutions to some extent, but this one shows that it’s hard to beat near frame-by-frame.

    Great job!

Thanks! we’ve only done one other animation using frame by frame animation and although it is a lot more time consuming you have more control over details and transitions which can look very nice!
